Not the best picture, but I was rushing to get any picture, as it seems that when Addy sees a camera, she stops what she is doing. Anyway, here are the sisters - bonding a little. =)

Big girls

Addison moved to a toddler bed last night. This isn't the best picture, but I felt like I was already tempting the fates to sneak in and flash a bright light in her dark room. You can see that she made sure she was surrounded by books before falling asleep. She really did well - she read in her bed a while before falling asleep (which was normal in the crib as well) and then conked out. Early this morning, I found her asleep (covered with her blanket though) on the floor in the middle of the room, but a couple hours later, she had found her way back to her bed and was snuggled in again.

Kennedy moved to her crib a couple weeks ago, but we hadn't posted 'proof', so here's some from last night! =)

I took this picture because, in real life, it appeared that Kennedy was waving. However, in the picture it really doesn't appear quite that way.

We went to a Pajama Storytime at the library last night where Addy received a stamp on her hand (she likes her stamps!). We came home and she went straight to bed afterwards. This morning when she woke up, she had the reverse of the stamp on her cheek. I guess we know what position she slept in last night!

I realized today that I had dressed the girls in coordinating outfits and decided to take a few fun shots in the studio. We didn't really get the shots that I wanted (I don't really think that any of us were in the picture-taking mood), but here are a few from our try.

Happy New Year!

Happy 2009! We were out until about 10:00 last night (the girls were fast asleep in the backseat by the time that we got home), but as we brought them in to put them into bed, they roused enough to take a couple cute pictures. I guess they celebrated 2009 with the Central Time Zone.

The last two pictures were taken as Adam and I killed time waiting for the Pacific Time Zone to celebrate 2009. A glow stick and a long exposure on the camera (and some quick hands) were all that it took to make those.
