Bath time!

Kennedy and Addison are now able to share their tub time. Now baths are full of splashes and giggles and not wanting to get out! Mom gets a little bit soaked in the process, but what fun!

The assistant

I took some pictures of the girls today in the studio. While I was taking Kennedy's last couple pictures, Addy was watching "fish" (aka: Under the Sea) on YouTube, which was what I had playing to get some of those fun 'forget the camera is here' shots. As Kennedy was nearing the end of model-hood, Addy leaned over from the computer and started making faces at Kennedy - which, of course, worked perfectly for those last shots. After I got Kennedy's final pictures, I couldn't help but snap a picture of Addy's helpful gesture. Maybe I should hire her as an assistant for all of my shoots!

Foot-loose and fancy-free

Playing around in the studio today with our new-to-us camera (that's oh-so-cool!), I got this shot. Clearly not technically good on any level... but so full of fun and childhood, I just couldn't bring myself to delete it.

New carseat!

Kennedy moved to a new carseat recently (she's growing like a weed!). Though it doesn't appear the case here, she really does seem to love it. Addy and Kennedy can see each other better now too, which leads to a lot of smiles and giggles from the backseat!

Where we've been

Life has been moving quickly lately. Now we're trying to get caught up!!

Sadly, my grandpa passed away two weeks ago. We made a trip to Pueblo for the funeral. Though the circumstances were sad, it was nice to see everyone that was home. Here are the pictures.

Park fun

Wake up Baby!

"Hi Baby!"

"Peek-a-boo!"

"It's ok, I'll hold your hand."

Addy loves going in to see Kennedy after she wakes up. Addy goes into the room, drags the rocking chair footstool over to the side of the crib, hops up on it and says "Hi Baby!" The other day, the two started playing peek-a-boo over the crib railing... and then they started playing through the crib slats. Funnily enough, Addy matched Ken's sheets that day too.
